The problem

The website that got you here
won't get you there.

  • Built for the old you

Your team grew, your offer changed, but the story still sounds two years behind.

  • Looks like everyone else

Same layout, same claims, same stock energy, no real reason to choose you.

  • Burned before by agencies

The last project dragged, vanished, or launched looking nicer without fixing the problem.

  • Content updates feel risky

The CMS is clunky, layouts break easily, and simple edits turn into a chore.

  • Prospects still need the explainer

Sales calls start with the basics because the messaging is doing too little.

  • Traffic comes, leads don't

People browse, hesitate, and leave without a clear next step or reason to act.

  • Locked into someone else's setup

If you leave the agency or platform, you risk losing the whole thing.

  • Competitors look sharper now

Their relaunch raised the bar, and yours now makes the business look behind.

  • The duct tape is expensive

Too many plugins, tools, and workarounds cost more than rebuilding it properly.

There's a better way to build a site that keeps up.

Our solution

A site that explains your offer and stays easy to run.

We fix the parts that usually make a site fall behind: unclear messaging, scattered priorities, generic design, risky content updates, slow pages, and launch details nobody wants to discover too late.

Scope & priorities

We define what needs to be built

We turn the fuzzy parts into a clear scope: which pages matter, what each page needs to do, what can wait, and what the project should realistically cost.

  • Current-site review
  • Audience and competitor checks
  • Defined scope & deliverables
  • Timeline and pricing clarity

Messaging & content

We sharpen what the site says

We help structure the story, offers, proof, and calls to action so visitors understand what you do, why it matters, and what to do next.

  • Page goals and hierarchy
  • Offer and proof structure
  • Clearer section copy
  • Stronger calls to action

Custom design

We design a site that feels like you

We move the site away from generic layouts and shape a visual system around your brand, content, proof, and the kind of trust your buyers need to feel.

  • Page architecture
  • Custom visual direction
  • Responsive design system
  • Reusable section patterns

Smart CMS

We make editing feel safe

We build the editing experience in Statamic, with flexible sections your marketing team can enjoy using. Because it runs on Laravel, there is still room for integrations and custom features.

  • Flexible Statamic page sections
  • Laravel foundation for future growth
  • Reusable content blocks
  • Brand guardrails baked in

Quality & performance

We make the details hold up

The site is checked across screen sizes, browsers, and interaction types, with performance, accessibility, and launch quality handled before it goes live.

  • Responsive QA
  • Performance baseline
  • Accessibility-aware build
  • Cross-browser checks

Engineering

We build a site you own

You get a clean codebase, staging environment, and version-controlled setup that is not locked inside a proprietary platform or fragile plugin stack.

  • Clean frontend implementation
  • Version-controlled codebase
  • Room for integrations
  • Staging environment for review

Launch protection

We protect what already works

We handle migration, redirects, metadata, sitemaps, DNS, SSL, and launch checks so the new site does not lose hard-earned visibility.

  • Content and media migration
  • Redirect mapping
  • Metadata and sitemap setup
  • DNS and SSL checks

Handover & care

We leave your team ready

After launch, your team knows how to use the site, and the first stretch of Kiwi Care keeps the site monitored, backed up, and improving.

  • CMS walkthrough
  • Useful handover notes
  • Post-launch monitoring
  • 6 months of Kiwi Care

The process

Six steps from first call to launch.

This is how the project moves. Each step has a clear job, a clear output, and a clear part for your team, so the work does not disappear into a black box.

  1. Step 1

    Discovery call

    What happens

We talk through what changed in the business, where the current site is getting in the way, and what your team needs next.

    What you get

A shared view of the problem, the fit, and the questions we need to answer before scoping.

    Your part

Bring context, goals, constraints, and the honest story of what is not working.

  2. Step 2

    Research and proposal

    What happens

We review the current site, competitors, content, integrations, migration needs, and the rough shape of the CMS.

    What you get

A proposal with scope, priorities, timeline assumptions, pricing, and what is deliberately out of scope.

    Your part

Share access, examples, business context, and feedback on the project shape.

  3. Step 3

    Story and structure

    What happens

We shape the sitemap, page flow, key messages, proof points, calls to action, and reusable section plan.

    What you get

A clearer site structure and content direction before full visual design starts.

    Your part

React to priorities, clarify edge cases, and help us choose what the site should say first.

  4. Step 4

    Design

    What happens

Esma designs the key pages and section system in Figma, with focused review moments instead of endless presentation rounds.

    What you get

Approved page designs, reusable section patterns, and a visual direction ready to build.

    Your part

Give practical feedback, flag content gaps, and confirm the direction before build starts.

  5. Step 5

    Build and test

    What happens

Emin builds the front end, sets up the CMS, connects the moving parts, migrates what needs moving, and tests the details.

    What you get

A working site in staging, with editable sections, responsive pages, launch basics, and QA notes.

    Your part

Review the staging site, test the CMS, and help catch anything that feels off in real use.

  6. Step 6

    Launch and care

    What happens

We handle the go-live, redirects, DNS, SSL, handover, and the early monitoring after launch.

    What you get

A launched site, a team that knows how to use it, and the first stretch of Kiwi Care already in motion.

    Your part

Confirm launch timing, final content, access, and who needs to know how the CMS works.

You always know what is happening, what is next, and what we need from you.

Transparent pricing

No mystery quote hidden behind a call.

Kiwi Site starts at . Scope, design depth, migration, integrations, and custom functionality move the price, so we show the moving parts instead of hiding them in a sales process.

Nice things people said about working with us.

Who does the work

The people who do the work are the people you talk to.

Most agencies sell you the partners, then pass the work down the chain. We keep it simple: Esma designs, Emin builds, and you always talk to the people actually making the thing.

20+ years combined experience. Projects shipped for SaaS companies, scale-ups, and agencies across the world.

FAQ

Good questions before we build the thing.

Can you build it on our current CMS?

Usually not. We have chosen Statamic because it gives marketing teams a clean editing experience while still giving us the freedom to build properly. If you already have a CMS your team loves, we can talk about it, but Kiwi Site is strongest when we build the editing model ourselves.

Will our marketing team be able to edit the site?

Yes. We shape the CMS around reusable content blocks, sensible fields, and brand guardrails, so your team can edit existing pages and create new ones without breaking the layout, the design system, or everyone’s afternoon.

Do we own the site when it is done?

Yes. You own the codebase, CMS setup, content, and infrastructure access. There is no proprietary platform lock-in and no hidden dependency on us if you decide to manage things internally later.

What if we do not have all the content ready?

That is normal. We can help shape the story, page structure, section priorities, and first round of copy. What we need from you is context: how the business works, what has changed, what customers care about, and which claims we need to prove.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the size and complexity of the site. A focused one-pager can move quickly, while a larger multilingual site or migration takes longer. After discovery, we give you a realistic timeline based on the actual scope instead of pretending every project fits one neat box.

Can we start smaller and grow the site later?

Yes. The site is built around reusable sections, so you can start with the pages that matter most and add more later. We still plan the foundation properly, because a small first launch should not paint the next version into a corner.

Are the pricing examples fixed packages?

No. They are starting ranges for common project shapes, not locked packages. The final proposal depends on pages, design depth, CMS structure, migration, integrations, content needs, and launch requirements.

How involved do we need to be?

Involved enough to make the work honest. You do not need to manage pixels or code, but we do need access to business context, customer insight, priorities, feedback, and the people who know what the site needs to get right.

What about SEO and migration?

We handle the important launch details: semantic page structure, metadata, sitemap setup, redirects, and content migration. The goal is to launch cleanly without throwing away the visibility your current site has earned.

What happens after launch?

Every Kiwi Site includes 6 months of Kiwi Care with managed hosting, security updates, daily backups, CMS support, and quarterly site reviews. After that, you can continue with Kiwi Care, move into Kiwi Team, or manage the site yourself.

Are you really just two people?

Yes. Emin handles engineering, Esma handles design. That is the point. When you hire us, you get us. No account managers, no juniors, no mysterious handoff chain.

Is Kiwi Site the best option for me?

Not always. Kiwi Site is not a universal fix for every company, budget, or website problem. It is a good fit when your site needs stronger messaging, custom design, a CMS your team can use, and a technical foundation you can actually own. If a simple template site would solve the problem, we will say so.

Can I see examples of your work?

Yes. There are client examples and testimonials on this page, and a good place to keep track of newer work is our LinkedIn page. If you want examples closer to your situation, ask us and we can walk you through relevant work.
